The ‘Solomon’ church seeks knowledge and looks great on the outside, but it is absolutely lifeless inside, and it ends up in emptiness and despair.
What greater gift could God give his church than a convicting message against sin? He will bring such piercing conviction that we will not tolerate anything unholy in ourselves.
Once God’s gift of a spirit of supplication showers down upon believers, we will find ourselves praying for holiness, godliness and purity. This will bring a great awakening!
The modern church has lost ground and become weak and pitiful. Its cries must be filled by a willingness to give up everything in our life that is unlike Jesus Christ
When the Holy Spirit comes down and reveals sin, those who have been lukewarm or in compromise become convicted. God’s last-day church will long to forsake all sin.
Believers must hold onto a vision of God’s love and mercy, of his mighty outstretched arm, all-powerful to save. We are to be patient as he gathers in our loved ones, one at a time!
Believers must get our eyes off the darkness, off the sin, off the fury of violent people, and believe the Lord for the bursting forth of his shining, effusing light.
The Lord is speaking this in pulpits across America and indeed throughout the world. He is calling the nations back to repentance, back to his own heart.
The Spirit’s work is always focused on the harvest of precious souls. Down through the generations, God’s desire is to redeem us back to him, as many as will come.
