If a church has the manifest presence of God in its midst, there will not be any hustle or bustle, sweating or striving.

Jesus is asking for our childlike trust in him to keep us safe in every situation, no matter what others around us say about the future.

Wanting God’s presence more than any of his gifts will bless us in ways we can hardly imagine.

God has been calling out a “wilderness people” who are consumed with hunger for more of Christ.

We can make it through any situation, crisis or disaster, all by the grace of Jesus Christ.

At times, we may feel that we’re all alone and God is not at work for us. Remember Jesus’s promise to all his followers to never abandon us.

The message of the cross is that our victory has already been won for all who submit to Christ.

God is all powerful, and he is aware of the satanic strongholds we face. He knows every trial and temptation that will ever be thrown at us, and he wants us to trust him.

Let us be careful not to charge God with being slothful and unconcerned about our needs and petitions.

God does not tolerate our worldly alliances, but he is quick to restore a repentant heart.
