CRM Systems Analyst
The CRM Systems Analyst should possess knowledge of enterprise-level CRM solutions such as Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge, Financial Edge, NXT, Omatic, and Luminate Cloud Applications (or similar systems). You will be the subject matter expert for the organization overseeing the CRM system to equip and empower executives and end users to maximize their system knowledge through data standardization, procedures, business rules, efficient data input techniques, reporting options and electronic data sharing. This will involve collaboration with vendors and super-users to identify automated solutions for improved efficiencies. The position involves data analysis and reporting methods, database administration, data mining, campaign efficacy analysis, and user management as well as significant vendor support and interaction.
