Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. Devotional ThoughtsBy David Wilkerson |
And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. |
It is for discipline that you have to endure. God is treating you as sons. For what son is there whom his father does not discipline? |
Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. |
You have made known to me the paths of life; |
Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. |

Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, who walks in his ways! You shall eat the fruit of the labor of your hands; you shall be blessed, and it shall be well with you. |
Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? |
And I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, keep them in your name, which you have given me, that they may be one, even as we are one. |
The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever. |
Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. |
And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as |
“And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.” |

And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ. |
And we urge you, brothers, admonish the idle, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with them all. |
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? |
He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler. |
And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. |
|
Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. |

Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. |
My dwelling place shall be with them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. |
I have given them your word, and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. |
And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. |
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. |
Therefore, preparing your minds for action, and being sober-minded, set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. |
Waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works. |

But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. |
‘For the Lord your God is he who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to give you the victory.’ |
I cry to you, O Lord; I say, “You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.” |
The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. |
