PURIFIER MA BOUCHE, MES OREILLES ET MES YEUX

David Wilkerson

I recently met a pastor I have known for several years. Every time I had met him before, I had told my wife afterwards: "This man is so superficial. Such hast thou seen. I do not know how God could bless him. "And then I met this same man after the Holy Spirit has finished adjusting my judgment of other problems. This time, the Spirit told me, "Love him. Shut up and listen to him. Then pray with him. "

I obeyed. I loved this man, I listened and then I took her hand and prayed. When we separated, a funny thing happened to me: I was struck by grief. I swept a terror - terror of what I had done to this man over the years. I saw the huge stain of my sinful attitude.

David exhorts, "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart, O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer" (Psalm 7:14 p.m.). The apostle Paul adds this perspective: "Let all bitterness, animosity, wrath, anger, clamor and slander, along with every form of malice disappear from your midst. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you "(Ephesians 4: 31-32).

"Let him out of your mouth any bad word, but, if necessary, a good word, that serves to build impart grace to those who hear. Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption "(4: 29-30).

Dear saint, anyone who reads this message is too holy to not take them into account and change. For my part, I felt the grief of God for all the ways in which I had failure of justice people over the years, consciously or not. I urge you to cry as my heart did:

"O Lord, why was I not ready to hear this sooner! Why can not I set this problem before? I want to proclaim Your gospel in this generation. If you-please-Jesus, forgive me. Cleanse my mouth, my ears and defiled eyes. Give me a renewed heart. I do not want anything to prevent my life from being a full manifestation of who you are. "

May the Lord hear our cry and move quickly to renew us. It will give us the strength to reject any bad way of speaking, any bad way of listening and any judgment in thought. Thus, we will be better able to represent our Lord.
