'Tis Not the Season to Be Discouraged
The Christmas season for many is a time of loneliness and discouragement. There is a moment in everyone's life when God will come and whisper His truth in our hearts, that ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE when Christ is at the center of our lives. God has the power to break us into pieces and consume us, and He would be be completely justified in doing so, but it is not in His heart to do so. Christmas is a season that reminds us that no matter how many times we fail Him, He sent His son Jesus to carry us through our journey. God walks with those who walk with Him.
Jesus Is Always the Answer
Jesus is the answer to every problem and every situation. We don’t have to look anywhere else. He has everything under control. The answer is not in relationships, it is not in success, it is not in riches and whatever else we try to find fulfillment in. After you have tried everything and realize nothing can satisfy, turn to Jesus because He is ALL WE WILL EVER NEED.
The Zeal of the Lord
No matter what the devil throws at us God's church will prevail. We must never surrender to the lies of the devil and allow him to take the ministry and the gifts that God has given us to use for his evil purposes. When the enemy comes in like a flood run into your prayer closet and remind yourself of the promises of God. God will reveal Himself to us and show us that no matter how dark it looks and how bleak the times are God has chosen to glorify His name through His church who call on His name. God draws us into His covenant and covers us through His mercy and faithfulness.
The Private War of a Saint
Christians all over the world are facing their own private war. These are trials and afflictions comparable to war zones and bloody battlefields. Often, these painful experiences can seem so overwhelming they hinder our ability to communicate the situation with others. These wars can be struggles of finance, battles with lust, or seasons of heaviness where we become so weary of the fight, we want to give up. God wants us to know there is a way to victory but that he leaves us in the battle to strengthen us. By doing so, we become a benefit to all those around us.
The Glory of God in Awful Places
Have you ever found yourself in such a dark place that you don't see anything of God and it seems like there is no purpose for it?
When You Dont Know What to Do
This message is for people who are in a particular situation and don’t know what to do. The first thing to do is to go to the Cross. At the cross you will find LIFE and all the POWER of God that you will need. Secondly, begin to love your mom, wife, husband, brother and those around you. There is going to be a last days church that will come back to the Cross, trusting God for the power to forgive those who wounded us. A supernatural love and care will come upon us, for those around us.
Blessed are the Humble
When we allow God to humble our heart we are moved into a different dimension of life. Humility rests in the faithfulness of God. Humility allows our heart to trust in the promises of God and hope in His divine timing. Humility says God knows how to take care of me, and I can trust Him to bring about His promises in His timing.
Agreeing to Tempt the Spirit of the Lord
What is the lesson we can learn from Ananias and Saphira? How could they think they could get the Holy Spirit to be a partaker of their lie?
The Eye of the Needle
Jesus offers us not just a future hope but a present reality. Some of us have a present trust while we seek a future hope. God calls us to give up our present trust and walk with Him. What are you trusting in that keeps you locked out of the power of God's Kingdom? God's Kingdom is a NOW Kingdom and He beckons us to leave behind what we once trusted in, let go of all our baggage, and slip through the eye of the needle! It's the person who realizes he has nothing to offer God but a willing heart that slips through the Eye of the Needle. The issue is letting go and trusting God.
DISCLAIMER
Our policy is that all gifts designated for a specific project be applied to that project. Occasionally we receive more funds than can be wisely used for the designated project. When that happens, we use those funds to meet other similar pressing needs in the same country to advance the gospel.
