David Wilkerson

Founding Pastor of Times Square Church

David Wilkerson is the President of World Challenge, Inc. and Founding Pastor of Times Square Church. He was first called to New York City in 1958 to minister to gang members and drug addicts, as told in the bestselling book, The Cross and the Switchblade.

In 1987, David Wilkerson returned to the “crossroads of the world” to establish Times Square Church. Since then, he has faithfully led this congregation, delivering powerful biblical messages that encourage righteous living and complete reliance on God.

David Wilkerson has a strong burden to encourage and strengthen pastors throughout the world. Since 1999, he has been traveling around the globe holding conferences for Christian ministers and leaders.

Gary Wilkerson

Vice President of World Challenge, Inc.

Gary Wilkerson, eldest son of David Wilkerson and Vice Preseident of World Challenge, Inc., comes from a long line of devoted ministers. Gary carries on this calling not out of obligation or sense of family heritage, but a clear calling from God.

In 2002, Gary began to travel the world with his father, conducting Renewing Your Passion for Christ conferences for pastors, ministers and their spouses. His first book, The Divine Intercessor, was released in 2002.

The primary calling on Gary's life is to speak, teach and write about awakening and renewing a passionate hunger for Jesus. His desire is that many come to know the height, depth and vastness of the love of Jesus.

Carter Conlon

Senior Pastor of Times Square Church

Carter Conlon is the Senior Pastor of Times Square Church in New York City. He joined the pastoral staff in 1994 at the invitation of founding pastor, David Wilkerson, and was appointed to the office of senior pastor in 2001.

Following a successful career in law enforcement, Carter Conlon pastored a church and directed a Christian school in Ottawa, Canada. During his years of ministry in Canada, he also owned and operated a sheep farm.

Pastor Carter’s shepherd’s heart is evident in the tender and compassionate way he leads the large congregation at Times Square Church. He is loved and well respected for his strong leadership and fiery passion for God. He is married to Teresa Conlon and they have three children.

Neil Rhodes

Associate Pastor of Times Square Church

Neil Rhodes is an associate pastor at Times Square Church in New York City and oversees their Counseling Ministry. He is a faithful and dedicated support to all of the pastoral staff and to the congregation at large.

With a strong background in biblical relationship and marriage and counseling, Pastor Neil possesses a wealth of practical, God-given wisdom. He is known for his gift of speaking truth which directs people back to Christ, the True Counselor. His preaching reveals his great passion to see Christian families and homes built up by the power of God.

Patrick Pierre

Associate Pastor of Times Square Church

Patrick Pierre is an associate pastor at Times Square Church in New York City and directly oversees Strictly Youth, their junior high, high school and young adults ministries.

Having been discipled in Times Square Church's young adults ministry while in college, Pastor Patrick has proven to be a faithful, passionate minister of God’s heart. Through the uncompromised teaching of the scriptures, Pastor Patrick is provoking and equipping young people to make a lasting impact in this generation.

William Carrol

Associate Pastor of Times Square Church

William Carrol is an Associate Pastor and longtime “spiritual son” of Times Square Church. Shortly after his salvation, David Wilkerson recognized the strong call of God on his life and sent him to Bible college and seminary.

While completing his studies, Pastor William served as a co-pastor and later as senior pastor of Denver Fellowship in Colorado. He holds a masters degree in philosophy of religion. In 2005, Pastor William was invited to “come home” and serve on the pastoral staff of Times Square Church.

Teresa Conlon

Associate Minister of Times Square Church

Teresa Conlon is an Associate Minister at Times Square Church in New York City and the director of their Friday Night Bible School and Women’s Ministry.

As an Associate Minister, Teresa speaks regularly from the pulpit at Times Square Church and at pastors’ conferences around the world. She delivers messages of truth and freedom that cut to the heart of even the deepest issues. Teresa holds a bachelors degree in law and history. She is married to Carter Conlon, our senior pastor.
