The Christmas season for many is a time of loneliness and discouragement. There is a moment in everyone's life when God will come and whisper His truth in our hearts, that ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE when Christ is at the center of our lives. God has the power to break us into pieces and consume us, and He would be be completely justified in doing so, but it is not in His heart to do so. Christmas is a season that reminds us that no matter how many times we fail Him, He sent His son Jesus to carry us through our journey. God walks with those who walk with Him.

Jesus is the answer to every problem and every situation. We don’t have to look anywhere else. He has everything under control. The answer is not in relationships, it is not in success, it is not in riches and whatever else we try to find fulfillment in. After you have tried everything and realize nothing can satisfy, turn to Jesus because He is ALL WE WILL EVER NEED.

No matter what the devil throws at us God's church will prevail. We must never surrender to the lies of the devil and allow him to take the ministry and the gifts that God has given us to use for his evil purposes. When the enemy comes in like a flood run into your prayer closet and remind yourself of the promises of God. God will reveal Himself to us and show us that no matter how dark it looks and how bleak the times are God has chosen to glorify His name through His church who call on His name. God draws us into His covenant and covers us through His mercy and faithfulness.

 The greatest peril we will ever face is the temptation to move from the supernatural to the natural. This happens when we forget our dependency on Jesus and become casual with His presence. When we become familiar with the presence of God we develop a "we don't need the Holy Spirit because we have everything all figured out" type attitude. When we do this, we are separating ourselves from the Spirit of God and we are operating with our natural senses. God's spirit will not strive with man and He will not share His glory with anyone.

We are living in a generation where the church at large has lost sight of the true purposes and power of God. Many are seeking God for personal gain as opposed to the feeding the hungry. God is calling His church to reach out and touch His heart so that we might be an extension of His heart and hands to a lost generation. He's calling us to be hope for the hopeless and freedom to the captives and food for every hungry heart. This power of God is extended to us through His crucified hands.

This message is about the mercy of God. The voice of God is crying out to all His people who are in a spiritual slumber because of self seeking, soft religion. God in His mercy will prepare a trial that will lead us into a type of the sufferings of Christ. This crisis will cause us to be awakened to prayer, and in this time God will throw overboard everything that hinders us from His power. The moment we surrender and yield our life to God's purposes, His mercy will begin to flow in us and through us.

This is a message for the normal individual. We can't take anyone further that we've gone ourselves. The person who lives by faith can require another generation to live by faith. When normal people begin to stand up declaring victory over every situation the windows of heaven will open, and the power of God will back up our faith and pour out a blessing in our lives.

When we experience deep troubles, the enemy will tempt us to focus on our problems until our situation looks so big and God becomes so small. When we go through these times we must get into the word of God and meditate on all the benefits that we have in Jesus Christ. As we consider all that He has done for us we will quickly be reminded of His miraculous provision and faithfulness.
 

There are forces of Satan, the world, and our flesh that cry out to us and tempt us to make choices against God. Satan has a plan for our lives and he is out to destroy us. There is another voice that cries out to us. This is the voice of the Holy Spirit sent by God to teach us His will and His ways. God has a plan for our lives and every choice we make can lead us closer to Him or draw us away from Him. Basically every decision we make is either for God or against God. What will you choose?
