Congo 2010 Conference Report

Thank you for praying for us.

We were amazed by the hunger among the pastors in Congo. Over 10,000 pastors along with their spouses came from different denominations; Baptist, Mennonite, Reformed, Methodist, Lutheran, Orthodox, Charismatic, Revival, and independent churches gathered in Centennial Protestant Cathedral to worship the Lord and to listen to his word.

They came from other provinces and from Congo Brazzaville, a neighboring country.

Below is an excerpt from one of the key leaders in Congo.

"We, the Congolese brethren unanimously affirmed that this conference allowed us to experience a divine moment. Many servants testified that they renewed their commitment to the ministry. Others said that they were in the valley of discouragement and were preparing to abandon the ministry. After hearing the messages, they were renewed and ready to continue the battle of faith."

Glory to God for this vision to conduct such a conference in Congo; to equip the servants of God, to revolutionize their ministries to change their nation.

This event would have an impact for many years to come because the Lord really visited our city.
