Taking the Fight to the Enemy's Gate
In these last days there will be a mighty move of God and He will raise the dry bones of this society out of the graves. God will choose to be gracious and compassionate to every soul that is buried in the grave of sin. You may ask how this will happen. God will always have a testimony on this earth and He will use His own people who have been taken out of darkness and have been changed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Escaping the Collapse
The sin in our life makes hidden inroads in our heart. It affects our personality and how we live. When sin abounds warnings will come to cause us to check the foundations of our life. God's cure for sin is Himself. The Father sent His Son Jesus to be the remedy for our sin. When we come to the cross of Jesus Christ for forgiveness we exchange a life that was built on a false foundation and we begin a life built on the true foundation which is a life built on Christ. In Christ we escape the collapse!
The Yes Trap
Yes is such a powerful word. There are two types of yes. The first is an automatic yes; this is a person who says a quick yes to God and does not back up their words with obedience. This automatic yes says I will do but never does and says I will go but never goes. The second yes says I will go and goes where God is directing them and begins to do what God is calling them to do. In these last days we should be found in the Father's vineyard laboring and scattering the seed of His Word so that the entire world will know that Jesus Christ is alive.
Defeating the Enemy Through Our Silence
As we continue to walk with Jesus the enemy will accuse us of many things. His purpose is to arouse our flesh. The power of God is demonstrated in a God-appointed silence. The Holy Spirit will empower us to bridle our tongue in the atmosphere of adversity. When we are led into a season of silence we are creating a space for God in our heart and mind. When Jesus was being accused, He could have said so much in His defense, but chose to be silent. The living Word chose not to speak. God wants to lead His people to a place of quietness. Will you go there?
Something to Think About
Jesus Christ came to give us an abundant life. There are seasons in non-believers' lives when God will choose to reveal Himself. If they choose to respond to God's promptings He will visit them, show them who His Son is and they will be quickened and become alive to all that God has for them. Jesus is the answer to sin. The Cross of Jesus destoyed death, sin and the enemy! When was the last time you shared with someone about Jesus and His miraculous power? Today find somone and give them SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT!
Questions We Need to Know the Answers To
This message asks three questions. Two are asked by humankind and the other God asks us. First, if God is with us why is there so much evil and atrocity? Secondly, can God prepare a table in the wilderness? How is it that so many of us find time to question God but we never take the time to listen long enough until He answers. God desires to settle every question in our heart and even more than that, He will reveal to us that HE IS THE ANSWER. If these questions have been running through your mind this message is for you. Lastly, God is asking us IS THERE ANYTHING TOO HARD FOR THE LORD?
An Excellent Spirit
When we purpose in our heart not to feast at the enemy's table and we refuse to refashion God by our unbelief and disobedience God will give us a supernatural discernment to recognize and resist every defiling temptation of the enemy. The same God who reveals the source of this defilement will give us the power to move away from it. When we refuse this defilement by faith we will be empowered to influence others with the same truth. God wants to raise up a Daniel company and impart us with this excellent Spirit that refuses to be defiled by Satan.
You Will Not Spin Out of Control
In the spirit, there are gravitational pulls with increased troubles that can cause our life to spin out of control. Just as the tides of life are high one day and low the next we can be sure that God is in complete control. In the seasons of low tides we can cry out to God and the life force of the Holy Spirit will cause us to be drawn to Jesus and ground us in His love and faithfulness. Jesus Christ is more powerful that any force of darkness or evil that works against our heart and mind. It is the power of Jesus that will keep us from spinning out of control!
Christs Complete Triumph in the Devils Wilderness
Before Jesus ever performed a miracle and before he started a ministry, He was led into the wilderness. There, Jesus delivered the devil a death blow and we have the ultimate privilege of entering into the victory with Him. When we are in our wilderness temptations, Jesus will remind us how He faced the devil alone so that we will never be alone in our hour of temptation. It's important to understand that Jesus triumphed gloriously over the devil before He set out to redeem us.
