The Value of a Righteous Man

The restraining of evil is found in the presence of the Holy Spirit. We are the temple of the Holy Spirit and God's presence in our lives is a restrainer of evil. When we choose to walk in right relation with God, distresses and judgments can be averted by the restraining power of God and this generation has a chance to hear His voice. We must never underestimate the restraining influence in a righteous man who chooses to walk in divine order with God.

Believing the Whispers of God

We may be experiencing adversity and various trials but if you have an honest heart God will instruct us and guide us with His Word. When the Lord has used His servant and His touch has come upon us there is a season of weeping and spiritual fatigue that will follow. It is in these seasons that Satan himself will come with roaring accusations and attempt to lead us into a wilderness and a sense of powerlessness. It is complete fiction to believe the devil has any power to take you as a sincere believer from the security of your position through Christ in God.

God Has a Plan for Trouble Times

When we go through storms we have God's promises that assures us we will get to the other side empowered by His presence in our lives. But what about the unsaved that are going through the same storms and trials that we face without Christ in their boat? God is calling His church to be a voice of power and encouragement to the "other little ships" that are struggling through life without Jesus in their boat. Will we take our eyes off self and be a voice to the unsaved that will bring a word of deliverance?

The Open, Uncondemned and Compelling Witness of Truth

When we settle it in our heart and say to God I don't want Sunday Religion, God will point His finger in areas that need to be surrendered to the truth of His word. As we receive truth we will be given living water to satisfy our inner longings. The Lord will place in us a compelling testimony so that we would lead the lost out of their situations and into the love of Christ.
