The Caiazzo's, a missionary family we help support in Nicaragua, recently sent us an update about celebrating Christmas with the children of Rancho Grande and Cerro Verde, feeding centers in the mountains of Nicaragua.

How precious and full of joy it is to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus with these little angels! The children in Rancho Grande and Cerro Verde worshiped God with all their hearts. They gave thanks to God for his love.

It brought tears to my eyes to see them raising their hands to praise God.They say grace, thanking God for all our supporters who keep sending the money to buy the food they eat. I know God was hearing their prayers.

We had a piñata full of candy, and we gave 350 sandals to the children. They were so happy and thankful.It is very important for them to have these sandals it will help prevent their feet from getting an infectious disease "Leptoporosis" (rats carries this disease). Many children died from this disease last year.
